Temporary APH complex “Zum Park” Muttenz

In order to meet the additional space requirements, the main building of the Zum Park retirement and nursing home in Muttenz was expanded. To ensure uninterrupted operation during the demolition of the old building and construction of the new one, we erected a temporary building complex. The three-story building was assembled within eight weeks and handed over to the customer on time. For two years, the residents were able to remain in their familiar surroundings, with accommodation in 69 single rooms, 36 bathrooms, 7 offices, 4 recreation rooms, 19 storage and utility rooms, a large 150 m² kitchen, and a lift for transporting beds.
