General contract

The project involved the ongoing expansion of the women's health department at Bethesda Spital in Basel. As part of the construction, consultation and examination rooms, waiting areas, and a reception area were created.

The building was constructed using solid modular construction technology, which meets the highest Minergie energy efficiency standards and all specialized requirements for medical facilities. The concrete floor within the modules ensures high structural stability, a comfortable spatial perception, and emphasizes the capital, durable nature of the building.

The design was planned with the possibility of adding extra floors in the future. The project was completed in a super short time: just six months after signing the contract, the building was handed over to the client, and at the end of July 2017, it was put into operation.
