Medical center in Russikon (Flexicom)

The Rosengasse medical practice building in Russikon serves as an extension to the existing premises. The color scheme of the facade, roller shutters, doors, and gabled roof was chosen to match the existing buildings. As a result, the extension blends in perfectly with the surrounding residential buildings.

Thanks to the autonomous air heat pump system, two patient rooms, a waiting area, a storage room, and a technical room are heated in winter and cooled in summer. The period from the start of foundation work to the handover of the building to the customer took four weeks, with the actual installation and connection to utilities completed within one week.
