A three-story building was constructed on a solidly built underground floor, consisting of 150 massive elements measuring 7.20 m × 3.60 m. The underground floor (UG) houses storage rooms, cloakrooms, cold rooms, and technical rooms. The first (EG) and second floors (1. OG) house laboratories, offices, and sanitary facilities. The third floor (2. OG) provides additional meeting rooms, an auditorium, and a cafeteria. About one-third of the third floor is used to house the building's large-scale engineering systems.
