Alter Center Kreuzlingen

Alterzentrum Kreuzlingen needed temporary accommodation for residents while its residential building was being renovated. A three-story building was constructed in three months using modular construction technology.

Residents gained a modern level of comfort and were able to remain in close proximity to their familiar social environment.

The building contains 13 apartments: eleven 2.5-room apartments and two 3.5-room apartments that meet modern requirements for residential real estate.
