New BZGS teaching building, St. Gallen
Due to the growing number of students at BZGS, a new building was constructed on the adjacent plot. The building was constructed using wooden element technology and is designed to last at least 20 years. There is a possibility of further conversion into an office building.
Cost, functionality, quality, and flexibility were priorities during the design and construction process. A simple, modular structure was built. Wear-resistant and durable materials were used, including concrete and fiber cement slabs.
Key features of the project
- Use as educational premises for the next 10 years, with subsequent conversion into offices
- Three-story wooden building
