Spital Limmattal Hospital, Schlieren

Losinger Marazzi AG was awarded the contract as general contractor for the construction of the new Spital Limmattal building in Schlieren. Before the main work could begin, temporary structures had to be erected to ensure that the hospital could continue to operate throughout the construction period.

DMBAU AG was awarded the contract to construct these temporary buildings. The project included an office building using capital modular construction technology, a garage for ambulances made of wooden elements, a boiler room, and a bicycle shed with a central container-style workwear distribution point for staff located underneath it.
