General contract

As the general contractor, we built Pavillon Mitte with a surgical and therapeutic day clinic within 7 months.

The three-story building includes wards for 20 general patients and three single rooms for patients with additional insurance. There is also a pharmacy, an examination room, a disposal room, a nurses' station, offices, meeting rooms, and training rooms.

Two changing rooms on two floors have been set up for Kinderspital Zürich employees. The building has been constructed in accordance with the Minergie standard, and the engineering systems have been integrated into a single concept. The use of concrete floors has ensured a high level of comfort and a feeling of space within the element technology.

Key features of the project
