The building has two functional levels: the adult ward is located on the first floor, and the children's ward is located on the second floor. Both wards are equipped for dialysis.

The interior is designed in a modern style with a focus on children, featuring bright colors and play areas. The engineering systems have been modernized, including the installation of a ventilation heating system.

The inner courtyard features a fully glass elevator shaft. The facade is decorated with Rockpanel panels, giving the building a modern look.
