Oberriet warehouse and garage complex

A crane and transport company decided to build a warehouse and garage building in Oberriet SG for its own use and for leasing. A heated office block was also planned.

A static concept for the building was developed, taking into account its functional purpose and safety requirements, and the wooden structures were designed. The project was implemented in collaboration with partner companies.

The structure uses glued beams for the gable roof, wind braces made of glued wood, a system of rafters and purlins, as well as 530 m² of exterior wall elements, 580 m² of interior wall elements, and 80 m² of floor slabs.
