With the construction of a new school building in Mels, the community opted for modern modular timber construction technology focused on sustainability and long-term efficiency. The rational use of resources, short construction times, and high energy efficiency make the facility an important contribution to the development of the local educational infrastructure.

Thanks to the factory-made wooden modules, the building can be easily expanded or adapted to changes in the educational process if necessary. The total area of the building is approximately 1,080 m². The design includes a cold roof with a durable metal covering, and barrier-free access is provided by a ramp and canopy at the entrance. Connection to the existing centralized heating system guarantees stable and efficient energy supply.

Intelligent control systems for sun protection, heating, and lighting minimize operating costs. CO₂-neutral timber construction technology creates a healthy microclimate and a modern, functional learning environment.
