Implementation of the project as a general contractor

The Erweiterung Privatklinik Belair project involved the construction of a modern 220 m² extension to the clinic using modular construction technology with wooden structures. The new facility harmoniously complements the existing main buildings of the private clinic and includes several specialized treatment rooms.

Thanks to the use of modular technology, it was possible to significantly reduce the construction time directly on site. This was critically important, as the existing hospital continued to operate around the facility. Construction work was carried out in such a way as not to disrupt medical processes or create restrictions for staff and patients.

A key factor in the efficiency was the high level of factory readiness of the modules. All wooden modules were manufactured at the production facility in Oberriet, which ensured precision, quality control, and quick installation on site.
