Single-family residential house in Altstätten
The old country house was renovated. After dismantling to the level of the basement ceiling, a two-story building was constructed using wooden element technology.
The building complies with modern standards (Minergie) and high requirements for finishing. A wooden facade with diamond-shaped boards, complemented by natural slate inserts, was chosen for the exterior cladding.
Construction was completed within seven months according to the planned schedule.
