The Minergie-P certified house is designed for two people and is located on a very steep slope with terraces made of dry stone retaining walls.

The upper floors were constructed using timber frame technology in accordance with architectural requirements. The design took into account restrictions on access for freight transport (up to 10 m, without a trailer) and difficult local conditions. The elements could not be too large for transport and at the same time could not exceed the permissible weight for crane installation.
