McDonald’s restaurant, Münchenstein
The existing McDonald's restaurant building in Münchenstein was deemed obsolete, after which a decision was made to construct a new building using modular technology. From the moment the restaurant closed, 100 days were allocated for the project, including demolition, new foundations, and connection to utilities.
The three-story building is assembled from 34 modules. The restaurant area, covering approximately 300 m², can accommodate around 220 guests.
Thanks to the high level of factory readiness of the modules and preliminary manufacturing at DM-Bau AG, the building was handed over to the customer on time, despite the high standard of finish.
Key features of the project
- High level of factory readiness
- Facade with wood-effect finish
- Optimized modular technology
- Minimal loss of income during reconstruction
