Performance of work as a sub-general contractor

The temporary educational complex "Liceo Viganello" has become a large-scale project for Lugano's educational infrastructure. The facility consists of almost 300 modules and covers approximately 9,200 m², forming a complete school environment for the city. The three-story building is designed to accommodate up to 800 students.

The use of prefabricated wooden modules in accordance with the Minergie-A standard made it possible to ensure both high energy efficiency and short implementation times. The project combines scale, speed of construction, and compliance with modern environmental requirements.
