Chavannes Kindergarten
In 2015, the municipality of Chavannes-près-Renens (VD) needed to construct a preschool building on a tight schedule without compromising on quality or architecture.
The modular construction technology ensured a short construction timeline thanks to efficient planning and a high degree of prefabrication, as well as high-quality workmanship due to the robust structure and collaboration with Swiss subcontractors.
The combination of wood siding and fiber-cement panels gives the building a modern look. The facade features a ventilation gap and is designed for long-term use.
