Wolle Gret women's clothing boutique
The construction project was developed in close cooperation with the architect. As the general contractor, we supervised the implementation of the project at all stages—from concept to commissioning.
Thanks to the use of factory-made wooden elements, construction proceeded much faster, which provided the client with a number of strategic advantages. Eight employees of the women's clothing store retained their jobs throughout the entire implementation period. By the start of the fall season, Boutique Wolle Gret was fully ready to welcome customers to its new, modern space.
Special attention was paid to engineering systems: the complex and individually adapted technical infrastructure of the building meets the high requirements of a commercial facility. The customer highly appreciated both the quality of the work and the overall standard of construction.
