Accounting System Operator (BAS Accounting), Warehouse Clerk (Konotop)

Candidate responsibilities:

• Receiving materials and components, with mandatory recording in the accounting system, and preparing the relevant documents.
• Prompt issuance of materials from the main warehouse to production through recording in the accounting system and generating the necessary documents in accordance with the process charts.
• Regularly check stock levels of materials and components, conduct inventory counts, and reconcile actual material holdings with the accounting system to prevent discrepancies.
• Prompt response to discrepancies in shipping documents and monitoring of defective product returns.
• Financial liability.

Requirements regarding the candidate's experience:

• Experience in implementing real-time inventory accounting; knowledge of completing forms No. M-4, M-7, M-11, M-12, and others;
• Experience working with source documents, specifically purchase orders, invoices, acceptance and transfer certificates, waybills, and other related documents.
• Experience implementing inventory management in accounting software.
